Handles reservation flow from inquiry to voucher dispatch. Checks vehicle availability with partners in real time, sends confirmation details, and coordinates pick-up timing at Nadi International or Denarau properties.
Fleet Partners
Manages relationships with local operators across Queens Road and Coral Coast routes. Ensures vehicle standards match voucher descriptions and tracks seasonal availability during cyclone months and peak travel windows.
Guest Support
Answers questions about insurance terms, fuel policies, gravel access roads to resorts, and village speed bumps. Replies via email and phone eight hours daily, including weekends and public holidays in Fiji time.
