4Drive Fiji operates as a booking platform connecting travellers with local vehicle providers in Fiji. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and booking services, how we use it, and your rights.
When you submit a booking enquiry or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and any message content. This information goes directly to the rental partner you selected.
Your enquiry data is transmitted to the local supplier. We retain a copy for record-keeping and to follow up if needed. No payment card details are stored on our servers; advance payment processing happens through the supplier's secure gateway.
Messages sent via [email protected] or our contact forms are stored in our email system. We use them solely to respond to your query.
Our site uses cookies to remember your language preference and to measure traffic. Analytics tools (Google Analytics) collect anonymised usage statistics: pages viewed, session duration, referral source. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
The booking widget embedded on vehicle pages connects to external reservation systems operated by our partner suppliers. When you interact with that widget, you are subject to the supplier's own privacy terms. We do not control data collected through third-party widgets.
Our website may also load content from external providers (maps, social media embeds). Those services may set their own cookies and collect usage data according to their policies.
We share your booking information only with the specific rental company you chose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketers or unrelated third parties. Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be used for internal reporting.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Email [email protected] with your full name and booking reference (if applicable). We will respond within 30 days.
Note that data already transmitted to a rental partner is governed by that company's retention policies. We can facilitate the request but cannot enforce deletion on their systems.
We use standard HTTPS encryption for data in transit. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff. However, no internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
